We start at drawings, not at delivery. Lighting topology, rack locations, cable routes and device positions are agreed while they are still lines — which is the only point at which they are free to change.
Programming is written around how the household actually lives: who wakes first, which doors get left open, which room the kids take over. Scenes are tuned on site, at night, with the furniture in.
